Eclide's machinery is focused on a high precision work with high quality standards in diameters ranging from a few hundredths of a millimeter to 4.5 mm (a few thousandths of an inch to .18 in). It mainly includes :

• TORNOS M4, M7 and MS7 cam screw machines used to manufacture high precision turned parts in large quantities. These automatic lathes with sliding headstock have spindle stopping devices that allow cross drilling, cold forming and the milling of flats, teeth, crowns or slots. Our screw machines have numerous attachments that allow us to work the pieces on the front and the back or do cross operations on them. Each cam screw machine can achieve production rates up to 30 000 pieces per day.
• TORNOS Deco 2000 CNC screw machines to produce pieces that are even more complex than on cam machines. We use this type of sliding headstock screw machines for the production of small quantities of very complex pieces.
• IMOBERDORF MB5 Rotary transfer machines for big quantities, when pieces are too complex to be completely manufactured on a cam screw machine.
